Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linen, replenish guest amenities, and ensure rooms are prepared in accordance with company standards.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitise assigned areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Report maintenance faults, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are clean, organised, and adequately stocked at all times.
- Follow established health, safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly, escalating any concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor where necessary.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest rooms and personal belongings.
- Assist with laundry, linen handling, and other housekeeping duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
