  • Requirements:
    • Age: 20–45 years.
    • Gender: Male / Female.
    • Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG format).
    • TRC copy (if residing in a country other than your home country).
    • Visa copy (if residing in a country other than your home country).
    • Mandatory working video including a self-introduction, work background, and qualifications.
    • Minimum qualification: 10th pass (required for all positions except Chef roles).
    • Diploma in Culinary Arts or a relevant field is mandatory for both Chef positions.
    • Basic English.
  • Features:
    • Period of Employment: 9–12 months; renewable at the employer's discretion.
    • Place of Employment: Greece (worksite(s) as assigned by the employer).
    • Working Hours: 5 days per week; 8–10 hours per day.
    • Overtime: As per Greek labour law.
    • Probation Period: 90 days from the date of entry into Greece.
    • Annual Leave: As per Greek labour law.
    • Temporary Residence Card (TRC): Provided by the employer.
    • Accommodation: Provided by the employer.
    • Food/Meal Allowance: One meal per day (or as per employer policy).
    • Medical Insurance: Provided by the employer.
    • Local Transportation: Provided by the employer between accommodation and workplace.
    • Uniform & Safety Gear: Provided by the employer.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and cook a wide variety of continental dishes according to standardized recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
    • Assist in developing seasonal menus, daily specials, and new recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and cost control.
    • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, HACCP standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food storage practices.
    • Organize daily kitchen activities, manage workstation efficiency, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
    • Monitor stock levels, minimize food wastage, maintain inventory records, and assist in ordering ingredients while controlling food costs.
    • Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly, while working closely with other chefs and service staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
