Requirements:
- Salary: €2,000 per month.
- Age: 21–45 years.
- Accommodation: Provided by the employer.
- Food: One meal provided per day.
- Working Hours: 50–55 hours per week.
- Job Locations: Hotels, restaurants, and event management/catering companies.
- Basic English.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist chefs with food preparation by washing, peeling, chopping, measuring, and preparing ingredients according to recipes and kitchen instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Wash and clean pots, pans, trays, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment, ensuring they are readily available for kitchen operations.
- Receive, label, organize, and store food supplies while following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and temperature control requirements.
- Support kitchen operations by setting up workstations, replenishing ingredients and supplies, and assisting chefs during busy meal service.
- Comply with HACCP guidelines, workplace safety procedures, and German food hygiene regulations while maintaining high standards of personal cleanliness and professionalism.
