Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare simple dishes or components as directed by chefs.
- Set up and replenish mise en place for kitchen operations.
- Organize ingredients and ensure adequate stock at workstations.
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
- Label, date, and rotate food items using FIFO principles.
- Keep preparation areas clean and organized during service.
- Support plating and basic presentation of dishes where required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control as assigned.
- Time frame : Processing Time 60 – 90 days Extra time is required for Nulla Osta approx. 60 days
