    Payment Stage Description Amount in Euro (€) Timeline / Remarks
    Stage 1 Application processing begins Initial Deposit (as mentioned above) Within 5 business days after complete documentation is received by SCI and before submission of the application to the employer.
    Stage 2 Issuance of Work Permit / Employer Authorization Documents for Visa Issuance Balance of Total Fees (as per above schedule) Within 5 business days upon SCI receiving the work permit.
  • Refund Policy :
    • Non-Issuance of Work Permit / Employer Authorization Documents for the visa issuance: If work permit / Employer Authorization Documents for the visa issuance is not issued by the employer, the full amount shall be refunded.
    • Candidate Withdrawal: If a candidate withdraws or refuses to accept the work permit/ Employer Authorization Documents for the visa issuance, issued by the employer at any stage, for any reason whatsoever, the Stage 1 fee (€ Initial Deposit) shall be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
    • Visa Refusal by Embassy: In the event of a visa refusal by an embassy or consulate, SCI shall deduct the actual embassy fee / any other official fees plus the applicable service charges of € 50. The remaining balance from Stage 1 and Stage 2 payments shall be refunded.
    • Candidate Withdrawal (Post-Issuance): If a work visa is issued and the candidate withdraws or refuses to join, all payments made under Stage 1 and Stage 2 shall be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
  • Implementation :
      These programs will be integrated into SCI’s existing operational framework, using the same structure for:
      Candidate intake & pre-screening, Document verification, Employer coordination, Visa processing support, Pre departure guidance and post-arrival compliance.

      All time frames for all countries below start are after all correct document submission
  • Basic Requirements for Hospitality :
    • 3 – 6 Months Certification / Diploma preferred
    • One year experience in relevant field preferred
    • Fresh Candidates also accepted
